Aluminium Doors

The Groke door is a bespoke product:

• There are no standard sizes - All Groke doors are made to measure so whichever door you choose from the range, it will be the perfect fit.

• You choose the thickness of insulation - 30mm, 60mm, or 90mm.  As energy prices rise and people are becoming more and more aware of their personel contribution to damaging the enviroment, we have seen more and more people show an interest in the insulation value of our products. Would it not be great to have one of these beautiful doors pay for itself through energy savings in a just a few years?

• You choose the colour – Groke doors can be painted to any colour on the RAL chart

• You choose the door frame - Groke doors are available with 2 frames, Symponie and Arcade.  The Symponie frame has a rounded edge for a more traditional look.  The Arcade finishes flush to the door leaf for a minimalist look.

• You choose the furniture - Groke doors are available with a wide range of furniture.  Handles can be long or short, straight or curved.

• You choose the glass – Plain, etched, or security.  If you are looking for maximum light or to view out, then go for plain.  If you want a bit more privacy then have a look at the etched glass.  By the way; this is etched not, as comes with cheap doors, a transfer that fades . The security glass is constructed by laminating in wire mesh.

• You choose the door cill – with/without it is up to you.

• Anti-drill lock - What a lot people don't realise is that most euro profile locks can be easily drilled with nothing more sophisticated than a cheap cordless drill and drill bit.  It doesn't matter if you have 5, 7, 9 point locking if the lock barrel can be drilled.

• Hinge bolts - A hinge bolt is a steel peg that prevents the door leaf from being lifted off its hinges.  On a door without hinge a hinge bolt a crow bar could be forced between the door leaf and threshold allowing an intruder a speedy entry into your home.

• 3 point locking - Groke doors come as standard with 3 point locking. Various other security packages are available all the way up to 17 point locking.
