- Construction provides heat and sound insulation and quiet runnng
- Flexible lip seals between the sections prevent heat loss and resists dust and dirt ingress
- Wide lip seals on the side frame provide heat insulation and dirt resistance
- The frost proof floor seal is a rubber profile made of high quality EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) which is known for itts high elasticity weather resistance and long life-span. This gives optimum protection from water and dirt and evens out slight floor uneveness
Safety - Anti-pinch inside and out to ensure that fingers cannot be trapped
- Angular frame interference protector and steel ropes arranged inside
- Triple safety extension springs (type iso20) and maintenance free torsion springs with tested spring break safety feature (type iso45) in accordance with EN12064 ensure that the door is secured from falling in the unlikely event of spring breakage.
Insulation - Type iso20 has 20mm thickness of CFC free PUR rigid foam core (heat insulation value K = 1.0 W/m2 K))
- Type iso45 has 45mm thickness of CFC free PUR rigis foam core (heat insulation value K = 0.5 W/m2 K)

Step 1 Print our Survey Sheet
Step 2 Go to your garage and fill in all the fields
Step 3 Choose a size to fit your garage opening.
NOTE: The size you choose refers to the internal frame measurements not to the overall size of the door inclusive of the frame!
For fitting between the reveal, (A & B on the survey sheet), the opening you will need would be:
- The internal frame size plus 180mm extra width and 120mm extra height for low headroom gear - this gives you the overall size including the frame.
- Backroom = 2690mm for a 6ft 6in high door and 2840mm for a 7ft high door (see bottom section of survey sheet)
For fitting behind the reveal, the opening you will need would be:
- The door size
- 90mm of internal side room each side (D & E on the survey sheet)
- 120mm of headroom for low headroom gear and 215mm for standard (C on the survey sheet)
- Backroom = 2690mm for a 6ft 6in high door and 2840mm for a 7ft high door (see bottom section of survey sheet)
