A bit of Silvelox history
Silvelox were originally fine furniture manufacturers based in Castelnuovo, Italy when in the 1960’s a new business opportunity presented it’s self; to start making garage doors. Their passion for wood and high quality remained at the centre of the Silvelox ethos as the new garage door became more and more popular around the fine houses of Italy. Pretty soon Silvelox garage doors were being exported all over Europe and then all over the world. Silvelox now produce not only garage doors but front doors and internal doors too.
Choosing your Silvelox doors
There are 3 main types of Silvelox doors – garage doors, front doors and internal doors. All garage and front doors are available to match and come in a wide range of designs and styles, both contemporary and traditional. By selecting your door sizes now you can avoid the possibilities of the doors not being able to fit or having reduced headroom, side room etc.
Silvelox front doors and garage doors come in 3 ranges – Silvelox original, Ritz and W_concept. The original range of Silvelox doors includes both traditional and contemporary designs with all doors being of the same construction regardless of style choice. All of the front doors are available with matching garage door counterparts and vice versa. One of the most popular options with Silvelox garage doors is an integrated personnel door. Ritz is a new range of contemporary designs from Silvelox with the façade of the doors being made from timber and stainless steel, optional side lights (windows) are available for the front doors. W_concept uses the same selection of front doors and garage doors that can be completely integrated into the rest of the house with the use of large matching wall panels.
Domina internal doors come in 4 different styles called Wyal, Avant, Cover, Shift and Flat. The doors are available with either hinged or sliding gear and can also be made to be full floor to ceiling height. Domina internal doors can also be supplied with frames and skirting boards.
