All Cedar Door doors come with a light oak dip stain which gives a mild seal coating designed to protect the door during transport and installation.  This base coat stain can last up to 6 weeks but to ensure a long life for your door we recommend that you either go for a fully finished door or give the door a top coat immediately after installation.
